Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern all access to and use of the 7sx online gaming platform, accessible at 7sx.bet and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any individual who interacts with the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet, wager or game transaction, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an account. 7sx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policy documents including the 7sx Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in the supplementary document.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 7sx Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 7sx operates a strict 21+ policy. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 7sx from your location is lawful.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the 7sx Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own details or using false information — is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed by yourself through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or imposed by 7sx through an administrative action.

7sx performs age verification checks as part of the registration process and may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 7sx Platform features — including the live casino, sports betting, cricket betting, slot games and cashier functions — you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and to the ongoing management of your account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7sx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify 7sx immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Account Updates: You must keep your account information current and accurate. If any of your details change — particularly your mobile number or payment information — you must update your account promptly.
• No Transfer of Account: Your 7sx account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Account Currency: All accounts on the 7sx Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR with no mandatory currency conversion.

7sx reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform, and 7sx may suspend or close accounts in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The 7sx cashier supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Cash OTC channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Deposits below the published minimum will not be processed.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect in your 7sx wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Raast are generally processed within one to three business hours, subject to the processing times of your bank.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Pending verification of identity documents, 7sx may place a hold on withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and does not constitute withholding of funds.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 7sx aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment method and the processing times of your financial institution.
• Source of Funds: 7sx may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account restrictions.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit Limits: 7sx supports voluntary deposit limits which you may set through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment. These limits may be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

Bonuses & Promotions

7sx offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must generally be satisfied through eligible game categories. Certain games — including live casino titles and some table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per spin applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse of Promotions: 7sx reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings from any player found to be exploiting promotions through irregular betting patterns, coordinated play or any other form of bonus abuse. A determination of bonus abuse rests entirely with 7sx.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: 7sx reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to active accounts.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 7sx Platform — including live casino, slots, sportsbook, cricket betting, Relax Fishing and any other game category — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the Platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules.

• RNG Integrity: All random number generator (RNG) based games on 7sx, including slots and virtual sports, are independently audited for randomness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy. Audit certifications are maintained as a condition of the Platform's gaming licence.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are governed by both the supplier's own published game rules and the overarching terms of the 7sx Platform.
• Sports & Cricket Betting: All bets on sporting events — including PSL, international cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi and tennis — are subject to the sportsbook rules published within the Platform. 7sx reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrect odds, or in circumstances where market integrity has been compromised.
• Malfunction Voids Play: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or system failure during a game session, 7sx reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical failures beyond the reasonable control of 7sx.
• Game History: Complete game and bet history is maintained within your 7sx account and is available for review at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7sx Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in any way
• Colluding with other players in live games or sportsbook markets to manipulate outcomes
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation
• Abusing promotional offers through systematic exploitation of wagering requirements
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity onto the Platform
• Attempting to access accounts other than your own registered account
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 7sx staff, support agents or other players

Responsible Gaming

7sx is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly within account settings, without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period as specified in the responsible gaming policy. 7sx will not market to self-excluded players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7sx Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, page layouts, software interfaces, promotional materials and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of 7sx or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 7sx.

Any unauthorised use of 7sx intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability. 7sx actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will take appropriate action where violations are identified.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7sx shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or account information
• Service interruptions, downtime or technical failures
• Errors in odds, game outcomes or payout calculations subsequently corrected
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform

The aggregate liability of 7sx to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by 7sx is governed by the 7sx Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

7sx collects personal information — including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and payment details — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and responsible gaming. 7sx does not sell your personal data to third parties. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, retention periods and your rights as a data subject.

Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 7sx account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any verified account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• 7sx-Initiated Closure: 7sx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, identity irregularities, regulatory requirements, or any other reason at the sole discretion of 7sx.
• Balance on Closure: In the event of account closure by 7sx due to a breach of these Terms, any account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 7sx reserves the right to void and forfeit account balances in accordance with applicable licence conditions.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10 and 13 — shall continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7sx holds its gaming licence. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

7sx operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. The terms and conditions of that licence take precedence over these Terms where any conflict exists. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 7sx support, registered players may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process specified by the relevant licensing authority.

Amendments to These Terms

7sx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7sx will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a notification on the Platform or via your registered contact details. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

The date shown in the "Effective" field at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
